Restorative Practices

CCFAS is a school that believes in building relationships to help students be successful in school and beyond.  When conflicts occur, we utilize restorative practices to help students solve their problems using dialogue and non-violent communication.

Progressive Discipline Plan 

The flow chart below shows the school's progressive discipline plan that we will use to create a predictable and constructive method of addressing instances of conflict or student non-cooperation:



Our school also has a designated space for holding conflict resolution meetings, providing students with a calm space to regulate their emotions with a trusted adult, and providing a space for small-group, academic tutoring sessions.
