Student leaders will work with adult advisors and collaborate with others to impact their school community, which impacts their city or town, which impacts our state, which impacts our country, which changes the world.
Financial Literacy
The Financial Literacy Club is a space where students can learn practical skills for managing money, including budgeting, saving, and understanding credit, to help them make informed financial decisions in the future.
Chess and Board Games
Students will engage critical thinking skills in order to compete in games of skill and strategy.
Peer Mediation
The Peer Mediator club will discuss reasons for conflict in school and the community. Students will learn strategies to prevent conflict, repair harm after conflicts, and interrupt conflict. We hope to also take students to a formal conflict mediator training.
Mindful Movement

Coloring Club
Students will participate in art activities to promote mindfulness and relaxation while building community.
Art and the Spoken Word
Students will explore visual, written, and spoken language across a variety of cultures to inspire the development of the CCFAS Literary Magazine.
Civil Discourse Club
Students and Staff will reason about current and historical issues in order to support student development. Students will have the opportunity to express themselves through poetry and other means of artistic expressions.
Stitch and Chat
Students will be creating (by hand sewing) small stuffed animals. This will help students learn to mend garments, hem and do some general sewing. A lifelong skill.
