ENROLLMENT FOR IN PERSON PROGRAM:

Before a student starts classes at Catonsville Center for Alternative Studies in-person, the student and their family/ caregiver(s) must complete some mandatory paperwork and attend an enrollment conference.

The enrollment process will occur as follows:

  • A School Conduct Hearing Officer will place your student at CCFAS as a program review, as a result of a bord suspension or due to a criminally reportable offense that impacts the school environment.
  • A CCFAS staff member (usually Dr. Erin Gouldin [email protected]) will call you to schedule an enrollment conference. The conference will take approximately an hour and is held at our campus at 901 S. Rolling Road for in-person students.
  • You will receive a follow up email confirming your conference date and time. The email will also contain a link to our ENTRY SURVEY which all familied and students are expected to complete. Our program handbook will also be attached to the email, which you should take time to review with your student. The handbook is also available for viewing and download HERE.
  • You will then receive a separate email from [email protected] titled Signature requested on "Catonsville Center Registration Packet 24-25." Please complete this electronic document with all necessary information and E-signatures. At the conclusion of the document, you will be able hit the SUBMIT button to send the completed document back to CCFAS. If you have limited computer access, we can also provide a physical copy of the packet for you to complete at the enrollment conference.

At your enrollment conference where we will discuss the following items:
