BCPS COVID UPDATES CCFAS BUS SCHEDULE
SCHOOL PROGRESS SUMMARY
 CCFAS SNAP SHOT
 A DAY B DAY SCHEDULE

Greetings CCFAS Family,

I hope you all have had a restful, rejuvenating summer with family and friends. As you may know, there have been many changes that have taken place here over the summer. Our beloved Mrs. Ralph has moved on to Western Tech as the principal, Dana Quainoo is now the acting assistant principal, and I have moved into the role of acting principal. I can’t tell you how grateful, humbled, and excited I am to be taking on this role. For those of you who know me, you know what I am all about: putting our students first, and making this school the best it can possibly be.

We know everyone is coming out of an extremely difficult time with the pandemic, and as such, we will keep the social-emotional needs of the students and each other in the forefront of our thoughts and actions. We will remain flexible and adhere to the mitigation policies set forth by the county, which at this point, include wearing masks and physical distancing in the building. We will continue to keep you informed of any changes to the mitigation policy as they occur.

Our goals for the 2021-2022 school year are much like they have been in the past. We will continue to make instruction accessible, culturally relevant, and tailored to our students’ needs; we will expose our students to colleges, trade schools, service trips, and outdoor adventures; and most importantly, we will provide our students with the support they need to return to their school with confidence and a renewed sense of self.

The school day will start at 7:15 am and end at 1:15 pm. If your child has any issues with transportation or will be absent due to illness or other reasons, please contact the school or your child’s mentor, so any absences can be accounted for correctly.

Again, I hope everyone is feeling good and ready for the new school year,  and please call the school at 443-809-0934 if you have questions.

Sincerely,

John Klug
